Recently I have been adding nuts such as walnuts, peanuts, pistachios and almonds to my everyday diet. The reason is that I get so much energy from them and they keep me satisfied throughout the day. But which nuts are good for you and which nuts should you avoid?
After reading this article, what I was feeling was true as it states “Their mix of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and fiber will help you feel full and suppress your appetite”.
I suggest reading the article in the link above explaining which nuts are good for the brain, heart, and for your diet. I recommend eating almonds, pistachios, and cashews because they are the lowest in calories but still proved a wide range of vitamins and healthy fats. Although you have to be careful which nuts you get since some can be added with too much salt or roasted to the point where the vitamins are destroyed. Everything is good in moderation, dont go nuts on the nuts.
